As the General Manager of the Glendale, AZ location at Massage Envy, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the success and culture of the spa. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a results-driven environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of both employees and clients. The employment type is full-time, with a salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example, championing Massage Envy's core values within every interaction and decision. You will coach and mentor your staff, setting them up for continuous success and personal growth. Achieving and exceeding business goals by driving key performance metrics such as sales, membership growth, and service excellence will be one of your primary focuses. You will oversee the daily operations of the spa including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, payroll, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

- Proven leader with 3+ years of management experience including spa fitness retail or hospitality experience
