Flexjet is currently seeking an Instructor Pilot to join its team located at the CAE Training Center near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in Texas. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of pilot training are delivered, supporting the continuous development of Flexjet's flight operations. The Instructor Pilot will provide simulator flight training, classroom instruction, and proficiency evaluations to Captains and First Officers, ensuring that they meet and exceed the company’s rigorous performance standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering both initial and recurrent training, incorporating important elements such as Crew Resource Management, Standard Operating Procedures, and briefing/debriefing techniques. They will assist in updating and enhancing courseware and training materials to reflect current industry practices and company policies. Emphasizing safety, precision, and professionalism, this role requires the instructor to maintain currency on regulatory changes, collaborate closely with team members, and contribute to Flexjet’s safety, quality, and security programs.
