This role is for a Pizza Maker, an essential position within Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing pizzas, bread, and pasta to fulfill customer orders while adhering to high standards of food safety and quality. You will prepare dough through kneading and stretching processes, add toppings according to specific orders, manage cooking times in the stone oven, and slice pizzas to customer specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, ensure the upkeep of equipment and utensils, and operate the stone oven with proper care and maintenance.
