This role is a key frontline position within Lowe's retail stores, primarily responsible for assisting customers during their checkout experience and ensuring smooth operation at self-checkout registers. The position involves proactive customer engagement, monitoring multiple registers simultaneously, and providing expert guidance to help customers locate, select, and purchase the products they need. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the preparation of registers, managing store safety and security protocols, coaching and supporting associate team members, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout environment. This role suited for individuals with retail experience, particularly those familiar with cashier operations and customer service within a retail setting. It emphasizes multitasking abilities, interpersonal communication, and operational responsibilities such as handling sales transactions and monitoring security measures. • Less than 1 year of experience using a computer
