The Restaurant Manager position is pivotal in managing the overall operations of the unit with full accountability for achieving the brand promise and effectively executing the Service Profit Chain (SPC). The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating an employee-friendly atmosphere while driving sales and profitability. They will work closely with both the restaurant management team and crew members to ensure high standards of internal and external service. This includes recruiting, training, and developing employees, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and enforcing rigorous food safety standards.
