The role of Leasing Professional at Seasons at Mount Pleasant is a full-time position designed for individuals who are energized by customer interaction and motivated by helping others find their ideal home. The Leasing Professional is responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring prospective residents are well informed about community offerings including pricing, floor plans, amenities, and lease terms. Representatives in this role lead community tours, follow up with inquiries via phone and internet, and contribute creatively to marketing efforts and resident engagement activities. Successful candidates will be skilled in preparing lease agreements and maintaining accurate records through advanced online systems. They must uphold compliance with fair housing laws, OSHA and safety regulations, and company policies, ensuring that all interactions and documentation meet these standards. The work schedule encompasses full daytime hours with a requirement to work two Saturdays per month or as needed to accommodate community needs. This position offers a salary range from $46,440 to $50,720 per year, inclusive of base salary plus commission, reflecting the value FRED places on performance and dedication. • Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required
