We are currently seeking a dedicated Cabin Service Team Leader to join our airport operations team. This role is designed for an individual who is skilled in coordinating and leading a group of cabin service attendants while also actively participating in cleaning and maintenance activities. The Cabin Service Team Leader will be responsible for supervising daily cabin service operations, ensuring compliance with attendance standards, and delivering top-quality cabin cleaning that includes wiping down all surfaces, removing refuse, replenishing supplies, and operating cleaning machinery. This position requires leadership capabilities to manage team workflow effectively and assist with employee scheduling to meet the variable demands of airport shifts. The ideal candidate must be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items, comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, and flexible to work on different shifts including weekends and holidays. The role also requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to comply with all airline-specific service standards, especially regarding the arrangement and maintenance of seats, galleys, lavatories, and other cabin areas. Candidates must hold valid identification and licenses, including a driver’s license and any FAA-required seals, to operate specialized machinery such as hydraulic lift trucks and PTO hydraulics safely. As part of the cabin service leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our service delivery meets and exceeds airline expectations, thereby enhancing passenger satisfaction and operational efficiency.
