- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or business
- Experience in luxury hotels as assistant director of people operations or director for a minimum of five years
- Experience working with Workday is a plus
- Active affiliation with appropriate human resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Strong organizational skills
