We are currently seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our team, working an 8:30 am to 4:30 pm shift. This role offers a competitive wage rate of $15 to $16.25 per hour. The Receptionist position is vital in maintaining a friendly and positive image of the center to callers, visitors, and guests. Serving as the first point of contact, the receptionist manages incoming communications and visitor interactions with professionalism and warmth. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this position, the receptionist answers telephone calls, determines the nature of inquiries, and directs callers to the appropriate individuals or departments. They are also responsible for accurately taking messages when personnel are unavailable and ensuring timely delivery of information. Additionally, the receptionist operates the paging and telephone systems as needed, greets and directs visitors to the correct personnel, and provides administrative support across various departments. The role involves active participation in training and educational programs designed to maintain the licensure and certification of both the receptionist and the broader healthcare team, thereby contributing to the overall quality of care. Receptionists must perform related activities as assigned while adhering to departmental, center, and home office policies and procedures. They must also comply with quality improvement programs, safety regulations, environmental standards, and infection control protocols.
