The role offered at Big City Wings is a Restaurant Manager position responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the seamless execution of all activities within the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Regional Supervisor, Director of Operations, or Owner, depending on the location. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects related to employee performance, customer satisfaction, food preparation standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and payroll, monitoring inventories, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all restaurant policies and procedures are strictly followed.
