The role of General Manager at Transdev is a critical leadership position based in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, supporting the Taxi Stand at Bradley Airport Terminal. Offering a competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, this full-time position requires a proactive leader responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the service delivery. The General Manager will manage employee performance, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, oversee contract assets, and maintain client and customer satisfaction. A key focus of this role is to manage financial performance through budget control and resource optimization while fostering strong business relationships with employees, union partners, and the local community. In this multifaceted position, the General Manager will lead a dynamic management team and workforce to meet corporate safety goals and service performance objectives.
