We are currently looking to hire a Front Office Supervisor to join our hotel team. This role is essential to upholding the hotel's reputation for outstanding service as the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and front office staff. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to all guests and visitors. Responsibilities include supervising front desk activities such as check-in and check-out procedures, addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly, and collaborating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and special requests.
