Currently, OHM is seeking a Front Office Manager for their Home2 Suites by Hilton location in Denton, TX. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational standards and guest services of the hotel. The Front Office Manager will supervise front office operations, including recruiting, hiring, conducting performance evaluations, training and development, and addressing disciplinary actions. The role requires maintaining OHM and brand standards for service quality to ensure guests receive world-class care. The manager will also collaborate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Sales, and Engineering to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. The Front Office Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and expenses, maximizing departmental profitability, and contributing to the financial and operational planning of the front office. This role actively participates in property revenue meetings and hotel sales efforts, helping to drive business growth. The manager ensures proper scheduling in line with labor standards and occupancy forecasts while delivering comprehensive staff training. Responsibilities also include managing cash, credit control, guest security, emergency procedures, and reputation management through timely response to guest feedback. Candidates must exhibit strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to multitask, resolve problems efficiently, and motivate a diverse team. Experience with brand-specific property management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.   • Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, management, or business
  • two-year supervisory experience, one-year line-level experience, or an equivalent level of education and experience preferred
  • standing for long periods of time
  • light work exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
