The Concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents and families warmly, managing incoming calls, handling messages, and providing comprehensive community information in support of the Director of Sales and Executive Director. This position also assists with administrative duties including recruitment support, computer data entry, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the community's entry and Bistro areas. Duties involve overseeing visitor experiences, coordinating appointments, managing resident and family inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
