The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a vital role in shaping the patient’s experience from the moment they enter the facility. Responsibilities include greeting patients with professionalism and compassion, managing front desk operations, handling patient check-ins and scheduling, and coordinating communication between patients, clinical staff, and administration.
