The Front Desk Receptionist role at CPC is a pivotal position responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients and visitors enter the clinic. Based in the Woodley Park location of Washington, DC, this full-time, non-exempt role plays an essential part in the daily operations of the front office administration department. The Front Desk Receptionist manages a variety of tasks including answering and routing telephone calls on a multi-line system, greeting visitors, checking patients in and out, entering accurate insurance and patient data into the electronic health system, and processing payments such as copays and balances. They also aid the clinical flow by coordinating with medical assistants and serve as a vital communication link by providing directions and general information to patients and visitors. This position requires a detail-oriented and friendly professional who can seamlessly multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced medical environment. Working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the receptionist contributes significantly to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and efficient clinic operations.   • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
