We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk professional to join our fast-growing team. This role is vital to our daily operations, acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients as they arrive, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments for doctors and hygienists, and handling insurance verifications. As an office professional, you will facilitate smooth patient flow and assist with billing questions, insurance claims submissions, and follow-ups on unscheduled re-care or treatment appointments. We offer a guaranteed hourly rate between $19.00 and $25.00 based on qualifications, along with paid vacation, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
