We are currently seeking a positive and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role serves as the welcoming face of our establishment and plays a crucial part in shaping the overall member experience. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, responding to inquiries, resolving any issues efficiently, and supporting various administrative tasks. This position requires an individual who is naturally personable and passionate about health and fitness, someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service and takes pride in creating positive interactions. This position operates the front desk during the opening shift from 4:30am to 9:30am, Monday through Thursday. Your role is vital in setting the tone for the day and ensuring smooth operations that members can rely on. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the welcoming atmosphere of the gym, provide guidance to prospective members through facility tours, and uphold the gym’s systems, policies, and safety standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting wellness and fitness.
