The role of Front Desk Coordinator II at Adventist HealthCare’s Outpatient Wellness Clinic is integral to the clinic’s operations and patient experience. This position focuses on coordinating patient appointments, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and providers. The coordinator is expected to utilize electronic medical records to verify insurance information, collect account balances, and assist providers with various clerical duties, including scanning and faxing essential patient documents. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling the coordinator to manage incoming calls effectively and relay messages promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
This part-time position offers a work schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, primarily providing coverage on an as-needed basis. Compensation ranges from $18.80 to $24.18 per hour, with the classification under the Fair Labor Standards Act as a non-exempt position.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical office administrative assistant, receptionist, or coordinator role

 - Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
