This job opening is for a Concierge Security Officer position based in Canton, Ohio. This is a full-time role with a set schedule that includes shifts on weekdays and weekends. The Concierge Security Officer position is pivotal because it combines security expertise with exceptional customer service skills. The officer will operate in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, places where creating meaningful connections with visitors and occupants is essential. Beyond the traditional security responsibilities, the role significantly focuses on engaging people, reassuring them, and inspiring confidence through professional presence and effective communication. The Concierge Security Officer will be tasked with welcoming guests, verifying identities, guiding visitors, and providing customer service that promotes a safe and welcoming environment. This role involves managing access control, conducting regular patrols to identify potential security risks, inspecting security equipment, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. The position also requires proactive incident response, including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency teams when necessary. Additionally, the officer will document incidents and communicate any security concerns clearly through reports. This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.00 per hour, with the added benefit of DailyPay availability.
