The role of Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate at The Crestmoor at Green Hills is pivotal in maintaining the community's reputation for superior resident satisfaction and safety. This position requires a professional individual who will serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and assistance to residents, guests, families, and staff. Candidates selected will be responsible not only for customer service but also for maintaining security protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the community. This is a full-time position with an attractive pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. The job entails weekend and holiday availability, reflecting the community’s commitment to round-the-clock support. The Concierge/Front Desk/Security Associate will greet all visitors with cordiality and professionalism, promptly responding to inquiries and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include monitoring emergency calls, managing building access, assisting with maintenance requests, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with customer inquiry management. Being an active member of the community’s emergency response team is a core component of this position, emphasizing the importance of vigilance and teamwork.
This multifaceted role demands individuals who are attentive, reliable, and committed to enhancing the residents' living experience while upholding safety standards. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities, proficient PC skills, and a clear understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with prior experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred. Holding a valid Texas Driver’s License is mandatory.
