The Marketing Coordinator role at Gilley's is a critical position within the marketing department, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This full-time role is essential in supporting and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences and driving engagement across multiple platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will actively participate in the setup, execution, and breakdown of casino promotions, food and beverage activations, entertainment events, and loyalty club experiences. This hands-on position involves coordinating marketing collateral, event signage, branded materials, and giveaways to ensure all activities are on-brand, guest-ready, and seamlessly executed.
This role demands a highly organized, service-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced live event environments. The Marketing Coordinator represents the marketing team on the floor during events, interacting directly with guests to facilitate check-ins, distribute promotional materials, and capture engaging event content. Additionally, the coordinator supports gaming promotions like prize drawings and point multipliers, manages logistics for entertainment nights such as line dancing and cover band performances, and collaborates closely with departments including Players Club, Hosts, Security, Food & Beverage, and Facilities. Their coordination ensures operational alignment and campaign success.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dependable, and possess strong communication skills. They should be comfortable with basic technology tools such as tablets, kiosks, and Microsoft Office.                 - Must be at least 21 years of age
 - Able to obtain and retain a Level II KRGC Gaming License
 - Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
 - 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality operations preferred
 - Strong verbal communication and guest service skills
 - Organized, dependable, and adaptable in live, high-energy environments
 - Comfortable with basic technology including tablets, printers, kiosks, and Microsoft Office
 - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
 - Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
 - Must be physically mobile and able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours
 - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
