The role of a Front Desk Associate at WeWork is central to delivering the exceptional hospitality experience that members and guests expect. This position serves as the heart and face of the hospitality team, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors across various WeWork locations. The role is a weekday, full-time position where associates support the Community Management team by ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly throughout the business day. Depending on the specific location assigned, the Front Desk Associate may work with a diverse range of members from different industries or focus on enterprise clients, which involves a unique set of operational, technical, and relationship management responsibilities.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming community environment by greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism. Proactively learning members' names, addressing their questions, and responding to their needs are essential to building strong relationships and fostering a sense of belonging. Additionally, you will support various tasks such as managing mail and package handling, ensuring the building’s amenities are fully operational, and adjusting the environment to maintain a pleasant and efficient workspace. This includes minor upkeep tasks like resetting chairs and replenishing community treats.
You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and clutter-free front desk, orienting first-time visitors, facilitating guest check-ins, and managing keys issuance. As an expert in WeWork’s services and products, you will actively promote membership offerings and help members maximize their workspace benefits. The role demands a blend of hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively while keeping member experience at the forefront of all activities.

Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred, although not required. The compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour with eligibility for incentive plans tailored to the position.
