The Front Desk Associate at Sunriver Resort is an essential role within the hospitality team, acting as the first and often most lasting impression for guests. This full-time, year-round position requires a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Associate will manage guest registration, coordinate room assignments, and maintain key control responsibilities while ensuring that all interactions reflect the high standards of the resort. In this role, the associate is pivotal in establishing a welcoming atmosphere by efficiently greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and providing accurate information and assistance throughout their stay. In addition to guest service duties, the Front Desk Associate acts as a liaison among various resort departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Conventions to ensure seamless communication and outstanding guest satisfaction. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records of room availability, solving guest complaints with prompt follow-up, and facilitating reservations for dining, tours, and activities. The role also includes responsibilities related to valet parking, transportation services, maintaining a clean and safe lobby area, and adhering to the resort’s safety procedures.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • At least one year customer service experience preferred
  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
