The Senior Director, Supply Chain at ofi plays a crucial leadership role responsible for developing and executing demand and supply planning strategies that support the company's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This full-time, senior leadership position entails building accurate forecasts, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that supply plans effectively support both short-term and long-term business goals. The role requires close collaboration with departments such as Sales, Product Line Management, Operations, and Agricultural teams to develop fact-based forecasts and optimize inventory utilization. The Senior Director also recommends proactive solutions to manage demand variability and crop risk, ensuring supply chain resilience and efficiency.
This role demands strong analytical skills and extensive experience with ERP systems, SAP being strongly preferred, to build scalable planning processes that drive improved business performance. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional problem-solving capabilities, the ability to influence decision-making across all organizational levels, and outstanding organizational skills. They will lead the evaluation and enhancement of supply chain strategies by incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies to maintain ofi’s competitive edge. By managing long-range and seasonal demand plans and coordinating with stakeholders, this leader ensures that the organization achieves high forecast accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.
Additional responsibilities include leading SBU Demand Reviews, managing monthly sales forecasts, and driving consensus on supply availability across crop plans, manufacturing operations, packaging, and other critical upstream and downstream processes. The Senior Director also plays an integral role in continuous improvement initiatives, sales and operations planning execution, and inventory optimization to reduce excess and slow-moving stock.
ofi offers a competitive annual salary range of $130,000 to $173,000, which is commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. - BS or BA degree in business or supply chain
