The Server position at Oakmont of Redwood City plays a vital role in maintaining the high standard of service expected within this esteemed community. This role involves serving food and beverages to residents, family members, and visitors with professionalism, dignity, and courteousness to enhance each individual's dining experience. The role requires attentiveness and precision in taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them efficiently into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Servers will also be responsible for managing the dining environment by setting up and breaking down tables and ensuring compliance with established serving techniques and etiquette standards. Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment is critical in supporting the overall wellbeing of both residents and staff. In this position, teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments are essential to sustain a smooth and efficient dining service. The Server job is available both full-time and part-time, with shifts that include weekends. Pay ranges from $18.30 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Additionally, prospective candidates are invited to participate in a job fair where hiring and on-the-spot interviews will be conducted, providing an immediate opportunity to join this dynamic team.
