• Prior experience as Part 121 Pilot
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Commercial/Airline Transport Pilot, Flight Engineer, Certified Ground/Flight Instructor certificates or military equivalents
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred
• Experience developing solutions in Office365 applications
• Experience with Smartsheet
• Confidence in troubleshooting Windows hardware and software
• Previous aviation experience
