The role of a Customer Service Agent at Unifi is a pivotal position that directly impacts the satisfaction and overall experience of airline passengers. As the first line of defense for customers, these agents provide face-to-face support, addressing concerns related to baggage pick-up, lost or damaged items, and other related issues with professionalism and efficiency. Physical fitness is also an important aspect of the job, as employees must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly and performing repetitive lifting of weights between 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
In addition to these tasks, the agents must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively while adhering to safety protocols, including being alert to moving vehicles and aircraft and utilizing radio equipment when necessary. Training is a critical component of this role, with agents required to complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain the necessary airport authority identification and security clearance.

- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
- Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
