The role of Shift Leader at Pilot Company is a pivotal position within the restaurant operations segment. Shift Leaders are entrusted with supervising employees and overseeing the general operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Shift Leaders are expected to be self-motivated and proactive in assisting managers with various tasks to keep the facilities well-maintained and operating without interruption. Pay rates for this role start between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour, reflecting the company’s recognition of the importance of experienced and capable leadership on-shift.
