The Food Service Worker position at D'Youville Khurt Dining is a full-time role with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, offering an hourly wage range of $17.00 to $18.00. This role is pivotal in preparing, presenting, and serving food in accordance with approved recipes and standards. The position requires an individual with practical cooking experience who can handle various food preparation tasks including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, weighing and measuring ingredients, and ensuring proper food storage and safety protocols. The Food Service Worker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of workstations and equipment, distributing supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service by efficiently serving meals and addressing customer concerns promptly and courteously. The role also involves compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures, and adherence to all sanitation and safety requirements.
