This position is offered on a winter seasonal basis with options for part-time or full-time employment at an hourly wage range of $16.66 to $16.99, with tips allowed, categorized within Wage Group III or IV. Reporting directly to the Hampton Lodge Lead and the Food and Beverage Manager, this role involves no supervisory responsibilities but requires a high degree of collaboration and professionalism. The Food Server/Bartender at Hampton Lodge plays a critical role in ensuring guests receive prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service that enhances their overall experience. This role demands a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The server/bartender is responsible for welcoming guests warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering those orders efficiently. They must possess a solid understanding of local and regional beverage options, including beers, wines, and spirits, and must be capable of responsibly serving alcoholic drinks to guests aged 21 and over, holding a valid Class 12 server permit as mandated. Handling monetary transactions with precision and maintaining cleanliness in all service and bar areas are also key aspects of the role.
