The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at Treehouse Silicon Valley, a part of the Starwood Hotels family, offers a unique growth opportunity within the dynamic luxury hospitality sector. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s front-of-house operations, engaging directly with guests to ensure satisfaction, and swiftly resolving any issues or concerns. Leadership by example is essential in this role, as supervisors actively participate alongside their team to maintain superior service levels, uphold safety standards, and manage daily operational tasks including staff scheduling and inventory control. 
In addition to guest interaction and team supervision, the Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all food health and safety regulations, promoting a safe workspace for both employees and guests.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - prior experience in food and beverage supervision or related field
 - ability to motivate and lead a team
 - effective verbal and written communication skills
 - strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
 - capability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
 - physical ability to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
