The Cook position is an integral part of our culinary team, reporting directly to the Director of Culinary and classified as an hourly role with a competitive hourly wage ranging between $22.00 and $23.00. This role supports our community by delivering and executing quality food service to residents and guests, ensuring each meal is prepared with care and meets our high standards for taste and safety. As a Cook, you will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including setting up and cleaning workstations, preparing ingredients, and cooking food orders in accordance with health and safety regulations. Your duties will also include managing multiple food orders simultaneously, recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of meals to the wait staff. The position requires strong organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
