The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Desert Diamond Casino is a full-time position offering a starting pay dependent on experience (D.O.E). This role operates under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager and is essential in maintaining professional, efficient, and courteous food and beverage operations. The primary focus is to deliver outstanding guest service by fostering strong relationships with both guests and team members while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards including Title 4 (Arizona Liquor law) and Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise internal controls. This supervisory position plays a crucial role in coordinating activities between the culinary staff and service teams to exceed guest expectations through quality control, proper presentation of food and beverage items, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the work areas and ensuring adherence to tribal, state, federal health, and food safety codes. They oversee training programs for team members, ensuring consistent positive results and development of staff skills. In addition to operational duties, the Food and Beverage Supervisor is tasked with administrative responsibilities such as effectively managing scheduling, labor control, ordering inventory through procurement systems, maintaining par levels, and monitoring team attendance.   • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year recent supervisory dining room or food service experience
  • Experience in cash handling and enforcing alcohol service regulations
