Los Angeles, CA, USA, CA Full-Time $80,000 - $90,000
PS is a premier luxury hospitality company revolutionizing the commercial flight experience by building and operating exclusive private terminals at major airports. Currently operating at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, PS is actively expanding its footprint with new terminals underway at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. At its core, PS provides a seamless, stress-free alternative to traditional commercial air travel by removing guests from the overwhelming environment of airports and placing them steps away from the airfield in a secure and private setting. This innovative approach eliminates the long lines, overcrowded terminals, and cumbersome luggage management, offering travelers a superior level of service, privacy, and convenience. PS partners uniquely with both the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection, the only private hospitality company to do so. This partnership grants guests expedited screening and customs processing with distinct private lanes, eliminating any need to enter the main airport terminal. This exclusive access transforms the travel experience, allowing guests to move quickly and comfortably through arrivals and departures, escorted directly to and from their aircraft by trained drivers across the airfield. Within these private terminals, the focus on guest comfort is paramount. The company boasts invitation-only suites, chef-prepared meals, on-demand spa services, and a dedicated team of expert agents meticulously coordinating every detail behind the scenes. These agents synchronize with government officials, security personnel, and airline staff to ensure operational excellence and utmost privacy. This elevated standard of service combined with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and luxury defines PS’s mission to reshape the airport experience and bring the private flight experience to the commercial aviation sector. Ultimately, PS aims to establish a presence in every major U.S. airport, redefining convenience and luxury air travel nationwide. The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager role at PS plays a pivotal leadership position within this high-end hospitality environment, supporting and managing the F&B team that delivers exceptional dining and guest service standards. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and working closely with F&B leadership, this role ensures day-to-day operational excellence and maintains consistent service quality reflective of PS’s luxury standards. Responsibilities include real-time coaching and feedback to F&B associates, managing staffing and schedules, collaborating with kitchen and other departments, maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures, and fostering a culture of excellence across the team. The ideal candidate for this position demonstrates strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary arts, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a deep understanding of both front and back of house operations, the F&B Manager will oversee service delivery, instill confidence in their team, and contribute to creating an inspiring and memorable dining experience for guests. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience, with eligibility for incentive bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The role requires flexibility, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts in a 24-hour facility, reflecting the company’s dedication to seamless service no matter the hour. PS values diversity and equity, providing an inclusive workplace where every team member can contribute and grow their career in luxury hospitality.
