The Concierge Part-Time position is an integral role within the BEST team, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. This position is non-exempt with scheduling for approximately 16 hours per week, with days and times determined in alignment with program needs. The expected start timeline is mid-December for a launch in early January. The concierge role is crafted to support employees at BEST’s client organizations by anticipating and responding proactively to their needs and incoming service requests. The primary objective of the Concierge is to deliver exceptional customer service by managing a variety of requests ranging from running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs, and more. This role requires a dynamic and customer-focused professional who can manage multiple service activities seamlessly while maintaining accuracy in documenting all service interactions through BEST’s service management platform. The Concierge also serves as an ambassador for the company’s offerings by marketing services and promotions to customers.
