The Captain is responsible for overseeing service operations, coordinating effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and stepping in wherever necessary—whether bussing tables, taking orders, or managing the rapid pace of service. This role requires someone who sets the tone and cadence of the shift by leading through action, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and providing coaching and feedback to servers, bussers, and hosts. The Captain is integral in maintaining cleanliness standards, completing both opening and closing side work, and managing cash-outs along with basic shift reporting. This position offers a competitive hourly base pay of $25, supplemented by tips averaging an additional $5 to $12 per hour. Work hours range between 30 to 35 hours per week, predominantly including weekends and evenings, which aligns with the busy dining periods. • Three plus years of leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant
