The Floating General Manager position at InTown Suites is a dynamic and vital role that supports the management team by providing temporary leadership across various properties within a designated market. This role involves stepping into General Manager positions during absences due to vacations, off days, or other reasons, ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly and guests receive excellent service without interruption. The Floating General Manager also plays a strategic role by assisting with local marketing initiatives, staff training, quality assurance, and property improvements under the guidance of the Regional Operations Manager. As a Floating General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations based on established General Manager protocols, including guest services, sales, maintenance, and staff supervision.   • Minimum 3 years management and supervisory experience
