You will also be expected to use various technological systems, including electronic medical records (Epic), teletracking, computer-aided dispatch, and EMS charts, to ensure accurate documentation and efficient coordination. The position requires a commitment to continuous education and participation in quality councils and training sessions. The role demands flexibility to complete missions beyond regular shifts when needed, with an emphasis on safety protocols for personnel, patients, and equipment. In essence, this is a challenging yet rewarding nursing role that combines critical care expertise with the dynamic nature of patient transport, contributing vitally to saving lives and improving patient outcomes during medical emergencies. Employment type is full-time with a strong emphasis on professional development, teamwork, and advanced clinical practice.
