Beyond technical skills, the Flight Instructor will be expected to handle sales, assist with reservations, manage inventory, and maintain facility cleanliness. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical fitness to pass PT test (1.5 mile run in 12.5 minutes
• 10 pull-ups in 2 minutes
• 50 push-ups in 2 minutes
• 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes)
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to follow routine and procedure
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coach and instruct others
• Physically able to catch or correct movements of a person up to 300 lbs
• Demonstrated commitment, dedication, and teamwork
• Basic computer literacy
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
