The Fleet Manager will be the critical link between owner-operator drivers and customers, maintaining strong relationships and supporting day-to-day operations. This role entails managing a fleet of owner-operators, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, maximizing fleet productivity, and overseeing on-time service execution. • High school diploma
• 2-5 years of experience in intermodal or container transportation
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience managing owner-operator fleets
