The role of Concierge at Invited is a pivotal position within the Member Experience team, designed to enhance the overall member journey through dedicated and personalized service. The Concierge acts as the initial point of contact for members and guests, expertly managing communication channels such as phone calls, reservations, and emails while addressing inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Beyond mere operational tasks, the Concierge fosters meaningful connections by reaching out to new and at-risk members, promoting club activities, and supporting member-centric communications including social media initiatives and event announcements. Responsibilities include welcoming members with personalized greetings, managing reservations for dining and club programs, and providing comprehensive information about club services and events. The Concierge also supports various member engagement initiatives such as making outbound calls to enhance member retention, facilitating event registrations, and managing communication through platforms like the MemberFirst portal and M360 system. Additional duties involve maintaining member profiles with personalized details, assisting with social media content, and ensuring a clean and hospitable environment in the club’s entry areas.
