The role at Mina's Fish House, an esteemed restaurant within the Four Seasons Resort Oahu, involves delivering top-tier service focused on seafood excellence. The position demands a deep understanding of fish and shellfish varieties, preparation techniques, and the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to guests and the service team. The ideal candidate will act as an ambassador for Mina's Fish House, fostering relationships with local fishermen and purveyors, and leading educational initiatives such as staff training and special guest offerings like line-to-table dinners.
This role is integral to maintaining the restaurant's commitment to quality, professionalism, and an authentic Hawaiian dining experience. Responsibilities include managing front of house operations, collaborating closely with culinary leadership, facilitating seamless communication between front and back of house teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
