The Member Enrollment Representative plays a critical role within MDVIP by serving as the frontline ambassador responsible for patient education and enrollment and facilitating the launch plan when transitioning MDVIP physicians into new practices. This role requires a dynamic professional who excels in consultative communication and is adept at managing multiple aspects of enrollment and transition. Embedded in the physician practice for the majority of the transition timeline, the role demands about 70-75 percent regional to national travel, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fieldwork environment. The position offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of $55,000 plus 50 percent uncapped commission, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
The Member Enrollment Representative leads patient education efforts by communicating the value proposition of MDVIP's personalized care model to patients. This includes educating and converting patients with the goal of achieving at least a 30 percent engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate. The representative drives enrollment velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition goals by day 120 of the transition, ensuring that the physician's practice panels are complete in a timely manner. Another significant responsibility is delivering comprehensive onboarding sessions to physicians and staff to ensure they fully understand and advocate for the MDVIP model. This in-person training helps build confidence and enthusiasm among healthcare teams for the concierge healthcare approach.
Successful execution of detailed launch plans is at the core of this role, involving precise management and escalation of risks to ensure each milestone is reached without delay. The representative also hosts in-person enrollment events and manages outbound calling campaigns, boosting patient engagement and enrollment conversions through persuasive, empathetic communication. MDVIP seeks a high-conversion communicator who is not only a proven closer with a history in consultative sales or enrollment but also operationally excellent, meeting deadlines and managing details effectively. Candidates must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and accountable for performance key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Joining MDVIP means being part of a mission-driven organization that leads innovation in personalized healthcare. Employees have access to competitive compensation, including performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement plans. The company also offers ongoing professional development opportunities and promotes a positive and inclusive work environment. This role provides a unique chance to contribute to a transformative healthcare model, working closely with physicians and patients to improve healthcare outcomes and delivery.
