In this role, the team member will be at the heart of the shopping experience—engaging with guests to understand their needs and preferences to help craft personalized meal solutions. This requires a high level of knowledge about the store’s offerings, including weekly promotional items, and the flexibility to assist across departments when needed. Additionally, the role demands professionalism, including adherence to uniform standards and a respectful attitude toward both guests and coworkers.
