This travel-intensive role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule. Successful candidates will be motivated by the opportunity to influence safety culture on a national scale, leveraging their expertise and passion to make tangible improvements that protect not only the workforce but also the broader community served by AmeriGas. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package and excellent pay starting from the first day. Benefits include exceptional medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and generous paid time off including holidays. Employees also enjoy company-provided vehicles, laptops, and cell phones, with opportunities for career advancement and tuition reimbursement. The emphasis on career development is strong, combined with an environment that fosters ongoing learning and performance-based growth through annual reviews and salary increases. Moreover, employees benefit from propane discounts and bonuses that reward their dedication and contributions. AmeriGas adheres to equal employment opportunity principles and maintains a drug-free workplace policy that includes pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
