This position reports directly to the Regional Safety Director and holds a dotted line reporting relationship with the respective Area Director, reinforcing the FSM's strategic function within the safety management structure. Travel is an important part of this position, with the expectation of up to 80% overnight travel, allowing the FSM to be present in various locations, providing hands-on safety oversight and training. • Propane, industrial gas, or related chemical industry work experience preferred
• Associates Degree in Safety or related discipline or 5 years industry experience
• Ability to obtain CDL with HazMat endorsement within one year
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with some overnight
