Responsibilities include training and validating employees on critical operational practices and fostering a food safety first culture. This position demands excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location. Chipotle offers competitive compensation with a pay range between $93,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on skill level, experience, and education, while complying with local wage and hour laws.
