The establishment is currently seeking a Front Office Agent to join their dedicated team, a role vital to the guest experience as the first point of contact upon arrival. This position is instrumental in hosting guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and creating unique and personalized experiences tailored to diverse guest personas. The Front Office Agent embodies hospitality professionalism by cultivating strong, respectful relationships with guests, thereby enhancing their overall stay and satisfaction. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.50 and expects the incumbent to be resourceful and proactive in exceeding guest expectations. The agent will manage guest accounts, handle invoicing and billing with accuracy, and provide valuable local area information to guests. The role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and a demonstrated ability to think critically to resolve guest service issues creatively and efficiently. Emphasis is also placed on teamwork, communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure guests receive a flawless, personalized hospitality experience.

                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment
 - minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
 - basic math skills with ability to accurately handle billing
 - ability to communicate clearly in English
 - ability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
 - ability to lift up to 15 lbs
 - physical ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch
