The role of Assistant General Manager at Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne is a crucial leadership position in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the hotel. • at least 5 years of progressive experience in rooms or f&b department in a hotel or a 4-year college degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 3 to 4 years of related experience
• previous supervisory experience required
• effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
• compliance with certification requirements may include food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr and first aid
