Currently, Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Coordinator Level 2 to join their facility engineering team located in San Diego, California. This full-time role supports the daily operations, maintenance, and coordination of facility services to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functioning workplace. The Facilities Coordinator Level 2 serves as a vital point of contact for facility-related requests and works closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers to oversee maintenance, repairs, and special projects. Responsibilities also include monitoring work orders, supporting space planning and office moves, performing light maintenance, and assisting in safety compliance and emergency preparedness efforts.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $42,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience, education, skills, and market conditions. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differentials, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives for higher-level positions.
